About the Job

HN Legal is inviting applications for the position of Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join its growing practice in Mumbai. The role offers extensive exposure to civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.

Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• LL.B. degree
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Immediate joining preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for:

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and court/arbitration-related documents
• Assisting with case preparation and client coordination
• Supporting partners and senior associates in litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Assisting in court and arbitration appearances

Exposure

The role offers exposure to matters before:

• Supreme Court of India
• Bombay High Court
• NCLT and NCLAT
• DRT and DRAT
• City Civil Courts
• Consumer Courts
• Statutory and competent authorities
• Arbitral tribunals and other forums
