About the Job

As their Corporate & Transactions practice continues to grow, we are looking to onboard a Senior Associate (Corporate / PE–VC) for their New Delhi office.

This role is for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the deal: working with founders, early & growth-stage companies, PE/VC funds and investors across investments, M&A, fund matters and corporate-regulatory advisory. At Sarvaank Associates, Senior Associates take real ownership of workstreams and engage directly with the clients.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years PQE in corporate / PE–VC / M&A
• Mandatory law firm experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI regulations.
