Eligibility

Law graduates with 2-3 years of experience preferably working with the legal department of fintech, startups, e-commerce, and payment gateways.
Very strong in legal drafting of various legal agreements with clients, suppliers & Vendors.
Instrumental in dealing with internal & external stakeholders, understanding the business flow and translating the same into a legal agreement.
Exposure to drafting petitions, notices, affidavits, contracts, and other legal instruments.
Conduct in-depth research on various legal issues and evolving topics, particularly in the areas of CrPC, CPC, Company Law, and Constitutional law.
Exposure to Getting on calls with stakeholders for negotiations of various legal clauses.
