GyFTR is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 190 + brands like Levi’s, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Domino, etc. The clientele spreads across 200+ clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells, etc. to name a few.
About the Job
GyFTR is currently hiring a senior executive for the legal team. It are looking for candidates who can join within a month.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 2-3 years of experience preferably working with the legal department of fintech, startups, e-commerce, and payment gateways.
- Very strong in legal drafting of various legal agreements with clients, suppliers & Vendors.
- Instrumental in dealing with internal & external stakeholders, understanding the business flow and translating the same into a legal agreement.
- Exposure to drafting petitions, notices, affidavits, contracts, and other legal instruments.
- Conduct in-depth research on various legal issues and evolving topics, particularly in the areas of CrPC, CPC, Company Law, and Constitutional law.
- Exposure to Getting on calls with stakeholders for negotiations of various legal clauses.
Salary
CTC: 6 – 7 LPA (fixed)
