Eligibility

Qualification:

Bachelors in Law from a reputed university.

Skills & Experience:

• Good drafting, research skills, and ability to independently draft various petitions, Statement of Claims, Applications, Statement of Defence, Affidavits of evidence, complaints, appeals, special leave petitions etc.
• Appearance before District Courts, High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT, Arbitral Tribunal etc.
• The candidate should also have in-depth knowledge and experience of handling Court related matters pertaining to Arbitration including issues particularly section 9, 11, 34, 36 and 37, insolvency petitions, civil suits, appeals etc.
• Good knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; Civil Procedure Code; Indian Evidence Act 1872; Indian Contract Act 1872, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and other commercial laws.
• Experience in handling matters related to Arbitration for Infrastructure Companies, Insolvency, Civil Suits etc.
• Experience in handling infrastructure-related matters, having industry knowledge.
