About the Job

DSA Legal is looking for talented and experienced lawyers to join the Litigation Team.

Eligibility

• LL.B with 9-12 years PQE 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

•  Provide legal advice on litigation and regulatory matters to safeguard clients’ legal and commercial interests.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, commercial agreements, and dispute documentation.
•  Handle litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across courts and forums.
• Work closely with the team and clients to identify legal risks and practical solutions.
• Contribute to the development of templates, best practices, and legal strategies for dispute management.
• Support client engagement and assist in strengthening the firm’s existing and prospective client base.
• Should be willing to travel occasionally across India to attend conferences and events.
