Selected interns will assist in the research and writing of an upcoming Company Law book, co-authored with Adv. Thajaswini C. B. The internship offers an opportunity to contribute to an academically rigorous publication while engaging with contemporary issues in commercial and company law.

Eligibility
- Senior law students or recent law graduates.
- Demonstrated aptitude for legal research through publications in reputed journals and/or recognised newspapers.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Strong interest in Commercial Law.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research on contemporary issues in Company Law.
- Contribute to the drafting and writing of an upcoming academic publication.
- Analyse legal developments, statutes, case law, and scholarly material.
- Support the authors with research and content development.
