Eligibility
Candidates should possess:
- A BA LL.B. degree.
- Relevant legal experience.
- Strong capability in reviewing and drafting contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contractual terms while safeguarding client interests and maintaining ethical standards.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive contract reviews to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in contract management.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to support forensic initiatives and compliance strategies.
- Ability to use analytical tools to assess contracts and provide actionable insights for improving operational efficiency.
