About the Job

Designation: Principal Associate – Direct Tax (Transfer Pricing)

Eligibility

• Experience: Candidate should have post-qualification experience of 6-10 years in Transfer Pricing
• Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
• Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships through teamwork. Strong networking skills. Ability to work with the Firm’s Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of appeals and stay applications for filing before the Tribunal
• Drafting of objections for filing before the DRP
• Drafting submissions/reply to show cause notices
• Attending hearing before the TPO
• Drafting/Preparation of appeals for filing before the High Court
• Preparing TP studies, review of search of comparable from databases, and undertaking benchmarking of various transactions.
• Preparation and filing of forms in compliance with the transfer pricing regulation Review and preparation of monthly newsletter on transfer pricing updates
• Prepare presentations on transfer pricing issues and team training for internal office meets
