Eligibility
- Qualifications – LLB mandatory.
- Eligibility – Min 2 yrs PQE
- Experience in Contract Life cycle management, Contract Management
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiations
- Team player
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
Responsibilities
- Contract review, drafting and negotiation including any related documents
- Corporate advisory
- Assist in the implementation of statutory/ regulatory compliances
- Liaison with external law firms & legal experts (domestic & international)
- MIS
- Preparation of NDAs, MSAs, SLAs and other agreements.
Location
ICICI Lombard House, Prabhadevi.
