About the Job
AQUILAW is hiring a Principal Associate for its Dispute Resolution practice. The role involves handling a wide range of litigation matters and managing cases end-to-end.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed law school in India or abroad
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- 7–9 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters, including real estate disputes, consumer matters, contractual claims, recovery actions, regulatory matters, and writ petitions
- Regular appearances before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and subordinate courts
- End-to-end matter management, including advocacy, strategy, drafting, research, and client handling
- Mentor junior associates
