Chanakya National Law University, Patna invites online application for the post of Assistant Professor of Practice – Practice Track in the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Investigation domain, CNLU, Patna.

Eligibility

• Master’s Degree in allied subject or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed national or international institution, or a related field.
• A Ph.D. is desirable but not mandatory. However, the lack of a Ph.D. must be offset by the demonstrated domain knowledge obtained from deep experience in the field of designing and teaching or research in Law/Legislative Drafting in Plain Language/ Arbitration/Mediation or Litigation.

Duration

The positions are fulltime in nature and will be filled for a fixed- term period of two years extendable for a period of one more year

Job Description

The duties of the Post-doctoral Researcher include the following:

• Doing research work at the university in the area of specialization that the Fellow is registered in.
• In addition, the Fellow may be given a mandatory course or the fellow on his own propose to offer an elective or seminar course in his/her area of specialization.
• Publication of at least two research papers annually in Web of Science or Scopus listed journals or a book published by a reputed international publishing house.

Stipend

The university shall pay a monthly fellowship of Rs. 90,000/- per month. The fellows cannot accept or hold any paid appointment from any other source during the tenure of the award. The fellow may also be entitled to get some additional amount as per rules of the University if they bring projects for the university or get consultancy assignments.
