About the Opportunity

  • Coordinate with external counsel for specialized matters when required.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial law (in-house and/or law firm).

  • Practical, business-aligned approach: able to balance risk with speed and execution.
  • Clear written communication and comfort working with non-legal stakeholders. LLB required; additional qualifications are a plus. Exposure to tech/SaaS, services, consulting, e-commerce, or operations-heavy businesses (not mandatory).
  • Experience building templates/playbooks and improving contract processes (not mandatory).
