About the Job

Avvocats & Partners LLP s expanding, and we are looking to hire 10 skilled Paralegals to join their growing team supporting U.S.-based law firms, particularly in California Personal Injury (PI) matters. 

Eligibility

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury (California law preferred)
• Prior experience working with U.S. law firms (especially Southern California firms) is highly preferred

Strong understanding of:

• Demand letters
• Medical records & billing review
• Case management (pre-litigation preferred)
• Client communication & follow-ups
• Experience with legal tools/CRMs used by U.S. firms is a plus

 Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Advocate in India (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and professionalism
