VR Law Advocates is seeking a Paralegal to join its team at its Mumbai office. The role involves assisting advocates with legal research, drafting, case preparation, court filings, documentation management, and transactional work.

Eligibility
- LL.B. degree holder or final-year law student.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Exposure to litigation, non-litigation, or transactional work will be preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Familiarity with Bombay High Court procedures will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, notices, agreements, and affidavits.
- Assist advocates with legal research, case preparation, and drafting written submissions.
- Manage court filings, cause list tracking, and documentation timelines.
- Maintain and organize case files, correspondence, and records.
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- Support transactional work relating to real estate documentation, succession matters, and commercial agreements.
