Eligibility

• LL.B. degree holder or final-year law student.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Exposure to litigation, non-litigation, or transactional work will be preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Familiarity with Bombay High Court procedures will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, notices, agreements, and affidavits.
• Assist advocates with legal research, case preparation, and drafting written submissions.
• Manage court filings, cause list tracking, and documentation timelines.
• Maintain and organize case files, correspondence, and records.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
• Support transactional work relating to real estate documentation, succession matters, and commercial agreements.
