About the Job

Kroll Settlement Administration is hiring a Paralegal Analyst. The role involves managing legal documentation, reviewing case-related materials, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and supporting settlement administration processes while working closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal services, financial services, or corporate compliance (preferred)
  • Proven experience working with legal documentation in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with corporate records such as certificates of formation, operating agreements, minutes, and resolutions

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while reviewing and processing information
  • Ability to follow structured workflows and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management systems
  • Familiarity with PACER, ECF, or similar court/public record systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departments to prepare, adjust, and verify pre-bill documents before invoicing
  • Enter and manage data accurately within internal systems
  • Draft and review declarations and affidavits prior to legal review
  • Ensure use of approved templates and verify accuracy of case statistics and timelines
  • Review and edit notices and related documents prior to dissemination
  • Review draft websites and online claim forms for accuracy and functionality
  • Draft claim forms and CAFA notices based on settlement agreements and related documents
  • Identify potential issues prior to case assignment and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Prepare initial drafts of case kick-off documents

Skills Required

  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills
  • Ability to summarize complex information clearly and draft professional reports and correspondence
  • Experience conducting legal or case-related research
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential materials
  • Strong collaboration and project coordination skills
