About the Job

Saikrishna & Associates is on the lookout for a dynamic Paralegal to join their IP prosecution team in Noida.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of progressive work experience as a paralegal at a law firm or in-house dealing in Trademarks, Copyrights, and Designs.
• Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience in invoicing/billing.
• Knowledge of trademark procedures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conducting trademark searches, Preparing and filing trademark/copyright/design forms with relevant authorities.
• Assist in drafting trademark/copyright/design prosecution-related notices, letters, responses, and correspondence.
• Maintained databases, including monitoring deadlines, renewals, and docketing and managing trademark portfolios.
• Must have the ability to maintain relationships and work confidently with people at all levels.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients for seamless trademark-related operations.
