About the Job
Looking for 2 Legal Associates for the Delhi Office who are willing to work on full-time commitment and who would/shall be able to handle and thrive in a fast-paced environment are Goal- oriented, Punctual, Dedicated, possess excellent communication and writing skills, and having a proactive attitude towards work.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate(s) enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi/ Any State Bar Council having cleared the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE).
- Only candidates willing to work on a commitment basis and ready to work on certain important cases for a minimum period of 1 year must apply.
- Candidates having work stability of less than 6 months (as an associate) must strictly refrain from applying.
Salary
- Basic Retainership Fee: INR 30,000/- to 40,000/- per month
- The Retainership Fee shall vary as per the experience of the candidate.
- Over and above the basic Retainership Fee [as detailed above], the selected candidate shall be entitled to Profits [on a per month basis] (up to 50% of Retainership Fee, depending on his/her performance), compensation for over-time hours, Diwali/ Holi/ New Year Bonus(es) and No-Leave allowance(s) which shall form a part and parcel of the cumulative monthly retainership fee.
