About Equilibrio Advisory

Equilibrio Advisory is a team of qualified professionals such as Legal experts (who have diversified knowledge and practical experience in the legal field), Psychological experts (who have thorough experience of counselling as well as working with women and children on the field) and Social Workers.

About the Internship

Required: Legal Intern in the Legal and Compliance team at Equilibrio Advisory LLP.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd year student in a three-year law program or as a 4th or 5th year student in a five-year law program.
• Strong proficiency in English language.
• In-Depth understanding of various relevant laws such as POSH Law, POCSO, Transgender Persons Act etc.
• They have already interned with us before.
• If they have a strong proficiency in various regional languages
• Candidates who have published research paper(s) on relevant topics.
• Candidates with prior experience of internships in relevant fields of POSH, POCSO, DV etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research on various laws (such as POSH, POCSO, gender-based laws, various international laws etc.)
• Drafting and vetting various legal documents such as policies, research notes, contracts, articles etc.
• Collating existing research material in an easy-to-understand manner using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
• Assisting in any other work as may be assigned by the management.

Working Hours and Duration

Minimum of 6 hours a day for a period of at least three months.

Stipend

Amount of monthly stipend to be determined based on the quality of work that is undertaken.
