About the Internship
upGrad School of Technology is seeking pre-final and final-year law students for a 45-day Legal Internship with its legal team in Bengaluru. The internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate legal functions, including commercial contract drafting, contract review, negotiation support, legal research, and stakeholder coordination.
Eligibility
- Pre-final or final-year law students.
- Prior exposure to commercial contracts and service provider agreements.
- Contract drafting and review skills.
- Understanding of contract law principles.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial contracts and service provider agreements.
- Support contract drafting, review, and negotiation processes.
- Conduct legal research.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on legal matters.
