About the Legal Internship Opportunity
Ashok Chaitanya & Associates starting an online internship solely dedicated for the students and freshers who are willing to pursue their career in criminal litigation.
Roles and Responsibilities
We shall be holding online sessions almost daily evening time for a period of 60 days over google meet or zoom platform. Focus would be on practical aspect of criminal litigation and court procedures.
The various court crafts, art of examining (cross examining) the witnesses, various stages of trials conducted before Magistrate Courts and Court of Sessions and also before Special Courts, bail proceedings, drafting of various petitions/ applications relating to proceedings before the criminal courts etc would be covered during this internship program.
At the end of program, we shall be conducting an online examination and the successful candidates would be provided with the certificates.
