About the Internship
Adv Deepak Upadhyay is looking for full time Legal Intern to assist with legal work related to the Banking Sector, Arbitration, and Drafting. This is a remote internship that provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research, contract drafting, and arbitration-related matters.
Eligibility
1. Pursuing LL.B. from a recognized university.
2. Good research and drafting skills.
3. Basic knowledge of arbitration laws and banking regulations.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws.
2. Interaction with clients directly, discuss with clients.
3. Assist in preparing case and legal opinions.
4. Support in arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
