About the Internship
DS Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern. The internship is intended for law students with a keen interest in real estate due diligence, title verification, and property law, and offers hands-on exposure to live real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
The selected intern will:
- Assist in title due diligence and the preparation of title reports and opinions.
- Review title deeds, revenue records, encumbrance certificates, approvals, and other property-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare research notes.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and maintaining due diligence trackers.
