About Advocate Akash Godhvani
Has extensive experience in handling complicated criminal and commercial litigation matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Allahabad High Court and various District courts in Delhi NCR. In the initial years of practice, Akash has worked with Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, Senior Advocate Vivek Sood, Senior Advocate Vikas Pahwa and Shri Mayank Tripathi. Also, regularly advises the clients on pre/post-litigation strategies and has been successfully handling and arguing cases before various forums and courts and other judicial and administrative authorities.
