About SMVEC Centre of Legal Education, Puducherry
SMVEC Centre of Legal Education, Puducherry, is committed to excellence in Legal Education, with a focus on Legal knowledge, advocacy, research and ethics, through moot courts, legal-aid initiatives and seminars. Our college strives to prepare students to uphold Justice, Equality, Fraternity and the Rule of Law. The SMVEC Centre of Legal Education at present offers three under graduate programmes, i.e., B.A.LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B., (5 years) and LL.B. (3 years).
The vision of SMVEC Centre of Legal Education is to get globally recognized for excellence in quality education, innovation and research for the transformations of lives to serve the society. The institution is provided with an environment that offers high-quality education through active learning methods, qualified and experienced faculty and exposure through legal internships. The course curriculum is designed in par with national standards of Legal Education. Our college also provides internship opportunities for the students as a part of the curriculum.
