Concerns on Inclusivity
Despite the success, concerns were raised regarding the lack of inclusivity in the recruitment process. Some firms reportedly failed to provide reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities, affecting their overall experience. In response, NALSAR issued a press release urging participating firms to improve inclusivity and ensure all candidates receive the necessary support during the recruitment process.
The University emphasised the need for action to make the recruitment process more inclusive for future students, ensuring that every candidate is given an equal opportunity.
