Eligibility

• Degree in Law.
• License to practice law in the home jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

Contract Review and Negotiation

• Reviewing, redlining, and negotiating contracts to align with company objectives and mitigate legal risks.
• Seeking managerial guidance for non-standard and complex clauses and negotiations.

Contractual Advisory Services

• Providing advisory support on contractual matters and disputes.
• Guiding stakeholders on contract drafting, interpretation, and negotiation strategies.
• Seeking managerial guidance as required.

General Advisory

• Providing timely general legal advisory support to business units.
• Addressing legal inquiries and concerns, including disputes and regulatory matters.
• Supporting legal risk mitigation and business compliance.
• Seeking managerial guidance as required.

Project Management

• Assisting in advising and managing diverse projects under managerial guidance.
• Supporting small projects independently and seeking managerial guidance when required.

Compliance Management

• Assisting with compliance mapping.
• Identifying and addressing potential compliance gaps.

Legal Research and Analysis

• Conducting legal research on regulatory compliance, case law, and industry standards.
