About the Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights
LawWhelmed is organising a 4-week Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) starting from 26 August 2026.
The course includes 8 live sessions of approximately 1.5 hours each, conducted twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The curriculum is structured to take participants from the fundamentals of intellectual property law to its practical application. It covers trademarks, copyright, designs, trade secrets, digital IP, licensing, assignment, enforcement, IP due diligence and career opportunities in the field.
Eligibility
Law students (including LLM students), graduates, faculties, practitioners and any one interested.
Candidates with non-legal background are eligible.
