They are hiring for the position of Litigation Manager- Affordable Housing at Kolhapur/Pune Locations for Mahindra Home Finance.

Eligibility

Professional Qualification- LLB. (Law Graduate) with Minimum 4-5 Years Exp

Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of Collections and recovery through Legal Proceedings
2. Recommending and filing suitable legal actions against defaulters.
3. Arbitration/Notice to Overdue/Chronic cases
4. Recovery in the system written-off contracts
5. To defend cases filed against the Company.
6. Experience in SARFAESI
7. Knowledge of Mortgages
8. Appearing as POA holder on behalf of the Company in Sec 138 NI Act matters
9. Mortgage suits, Summary Suits and other modes of Recovery through Legal.
10. Exposure in handling Police and other Government Authorities representing and safeguarding the Company’s interest and its employees.
11. Exposure of Drafting and vetting Legal Notices, replies to Notices, Plaintiffs, Written Statements and other legal documents.
12. Interface with Defaulters to motivate for payment of dues.
