HSA Advocates is looking for experienced lawyers to join their Projects & Energy team. Projects & Energy (Senior Associates/Principal Associates) – New Delhi
Eligibility
- 4 to 7 years of experience in a reputed law firm in India, with a strong focus on infrastructure development projects.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, including concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements, and related project documents.
