About the Job
HN Legal, Advocates, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation & Dispute Resolution Associate to join their growing practice in Mumbai.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, written submissions, and other court / arbitration-related documents
- Assist with case preparation, client coordination, and court/arbitration appearances
- Support partners and senior associates on ongoing litigation and dispute resolution matters
Practice Area Exposure
Opportunity to work across the full spectrum of civil/commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with regular involvement in matters before the Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, City Civil Courts, Consumer Courts, statutory and competent authorities, as well as arbitral tribunals, amongst other forums
