Eligibility

Litigation Associate

• B.A. LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
• At least 5 years of PQE.
• Prior exposure to litigation, particularly healthcare law and regulatory matters, is mandatory.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to use computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
• Ability to guide junior members of the firm.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
• Professional approach, sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues, comprehend them, and present them in a crisp manner.
• Proficiency in English and Kannada.

Junior Litigation Associate

• B.A. LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India and clearance of the All-India Bar Examination is mandatory.
• One year of PQE is an added advantage, with exposure to healthcare law, litigation in general, or regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to use computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.

Junior Research Associate

• B.A. LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
• At least 1 year of PQE in research.
• Prior academic exposure through publications, research projects, paper presentations, conferences, or panel discussions is mandatory.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to use computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
• Professional approach, sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Ability to simplify complex legal issues, comprehend them, and present them in a crisp manner.

Responsibilities

• Proactively participate in suggesting mechanisms to strengthen the firm’s current and future activities.
