Eligibility
Litigation Associate
- B.A. LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
- At least 5 years of PQE.
- Prior exposure to litigation, particularly healthcare law and regulatory matters, is mandatory.
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to use computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
- Ability to guide junior members of the firm.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
- Professional approach, sound judgment, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to simplify complex legal issues, comprehend them, and present them in a crisp manner.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada.
Junior Litigation Associate
- B.A. LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognised institution.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India and clearance of the All-India Bar Examination is mandatory.
- One year of PQE is an added advantage, with exposure to healthcare law, litigation in general, or regulatory matters.
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to use computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.

- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to use computer applications, databases, and case management software across devices.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under deadlines.
