About the Job
TS Law Chambers, New Delhi is hiring a Litigation Associate.
Eligibility
Experience: 1 to 5 years in a Litigation Office [Preferably Delhi High Court]
Responsibilities
- Daily Court appearances [Supreme Court / High Court / District Courts / Arbitration Tribunals / Tribunals / Other Forums like Labour Commissioner Courts etc.]
- Briefing Cases in a Summarised Manner
- Drafting of Brief notes, Written Submissions, Counter affidavits, Status report, Brief notes etc.
- Research on Diverse Propositions on Research Databases in time bound manner
- Administrative Tasks related to Cases [For Eg. Client Dealing, Undertaking Compliances etc.]
Salary
Rs 15,000-Rs 40,000 [Based on Experience, Skill Set etc.]
