Eligibility
- Experience: 0-1 years PQE
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing agreements such as NDAs, MSAs, MOUs, and other corporate documents.
- Assisting in due diligence and corporate advisory matters.
- Providing legal support for transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Conducting research and preparing opinions on corporate legal matters.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient delivery of client services.
