Responsibilities
- Handle civil and commercial matters.
- Appear before the Delhi District Courts.
- Handle matters before the Delhi High Court.
- Handle matters before the NCLT and NCLAT.
- Assist with matters before the Supreme Court of India.
- Make regular appearances across India, particularly before the Rajasthan, Punjab & Haryana, and Bombay High Courts.
- Manage litigation assignments and meet deadlines, including urgent matters.
