Muthoot Homefin is hiring a Legal Associate for its Jaipur location, offering exposure to property law, due diligence, and lending-related legal work.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of property law and documentation
- Experience in legal due diligence and drafting
Responsibilities
- Scrutinize legal reports and documents
- Conduct due diligence of property documents
- Perform property searches / EC (Encumbrance Certificate)
- Coordinate with panel advocates
- Vet original title documents
- Draft and review agreements, affidavits, indemnity bonds, etc.
- Maintain MIS and legal records
