Dhruve Liladhar & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Eligibility
- PQE 2-3 Years
- Strong drafting, legal research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters and client interactions
- Exposure to litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Appear before courts and tribunals
- Conduct legal research and drafting
- Handle court filings
- Assist Partners in case strategy and client advisory
- Independently handle litigation and arbitration matters
The role requires strong advocacy skills, drafting expertise, and the ability to manage matters independently
