Eligibility
- 2–3 years PQE at a reputed law firm in general corporate and commercial contracts practice
- LL.B degree from a recognized university and enrolment with a Bar Council
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
- Familiarity with company laws and law of contract
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements, and other business contracts
- Assisting in corporate advisory matters, including company law compliance and corporate governance
- Supporting business transactions, structuring arrangements, and documentation
- Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial law issues
- Advising clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, contract law, and commercial regulations
- Assisting with corporate due diligence in transactional matters
