About the Job

Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate in the General Corporate & Commercial Contracts practice.

The role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of corporate advisory and transactional matters while working with a diverse clientele.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years PQE at a reputed law firm in general corporate and commercial contracts practice
• LL.B degree from a recognized university and enrolment with a Bar Council
• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Familiarity with company laws and law of contract
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, consultancy agreements, licensing agreements, and other business contracts
• Assisting in corporate advisory matters, including company law compliance and corporate governance
• Supporting business transactions, structuring arrangements, and documentation
• Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial law issues
• Advising clients on matters relating to the Companies Act, contract law, and commercial regulations
• Assisting with corporate due diligence in transactional matters
