Position
Litigation Associate
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 1.5–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and court appearance skills.
- Experience in commercial disputes, arbitration, banking, real estate, or corporate litigation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage legal matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other litigation-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy.
- Appear before courts and tribunals as required.
- Handle commercial litigation matters, including arbitration, banking, real estate, and corporate disputes.
- Coordinate with clients and manage case files efficiently.
