About the Job
Kamal & Co. Advocates is hiring a Litigation Associate (Mid Level) to join its Hyderabad office. The role offers extensive exposure to litigation before the High Court, Trial Courts, RERA, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Position
Litigation Associate (Mid Level)
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Sound knowledge of civil, commercial, and procedural laws.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and work across diverse areas of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, legal notices, written statements, applications, contracts, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
- Appear before the High Court, Trial Courts, RERA, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Conduct legal research and assist in formulating case strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, and external legal teams.
- Manage case files and ensure timely compliance with procedural requirements.
