About the Job

Legal Parth Associates is inviting applications for the position of Legal Trainee under a structured evaluation framework. Upon successful completion of the assessment phase, selected candidates will be offered a Permanent Legal Associate position based on performance.

This is a strictly offline, client-facing role requiring professionalism and commitment.

Eligibility

  • Law Graduates (Batch of 2025 preferred)
  • Final Year LL.B. Students (5-year / 3-year course)
  • Candidates interested in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations & SARFAESI Act
  • Individuals comfortable with direct client consultation and counselling
  • Strong communication and structured legal drafting skills
  • Prior experience in banking / financial advisory matters (preferred)
  • Immediate joiners may be preferred

Role Includes

  • Client counselling and case evaluation
  • Drafting legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations
  • Assisting in loan-related arbitration matters
  • Supporting SARFAESI-related documentation and compliance review
  • Preparing complaints before RBI / Banking Ombudsman
  • Legal research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks

Nature of Work

The position offers hands-on exposure in borrower advisory, regulatory drafting, and structured financial dispute handling.
