About the Job
Gondane and Sonthalia Partners is hiring an Associate Lawyer to join its Corporate & IP practice in Mumbai.
The selected candidate will work closely with the partners on corporate transactions, intellectual property matters, and advisory work.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Corporate and/or IP law
- Qualification: LL.B. with Bar Council of India enrollment
- Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
- Digital-first mindset and ability to work in a modern practice environment
Responsibilities
The Associate will be involved in:
- Corporate Transactions: Drafting MOUs, Shareholders’ Agreements (SHAs), and commercial contracts
- Intellectual Property: Managing trademark registrations and copyright filings
- Advisory Work: Legal research, compliance audits, and dispute resolution
