Skills Required

• Experience in research of Intellectual Property (IP), particularly trademarks and patents.
• Understanding of the IP landscape, key law firms, market trends, and emerging technologies, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies, especially in the context of GenAI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long-term business planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research Industry focus on the Intellectual Property (IP), emphasizing trademarks and patents.
• Analyze the size and trends of the IP market in the US, UK, Europe, China, etc
• Identify key law firms specializing in trademarks and patents based on revenue, specialization, and alliances with technology solutions.
• IP management – legacy solutions and new technologies, including GenAI,
• Patents and GenAI solutions for managing patents
• Trademarks and GenAI solutions for managing trademarks
• The impact of GenAI in the IP management solutions (patents and trademarks) market
• New entrants, fund raises and M&A activity
