Bharat graduated in law in 2011 and in 2013, at the age of 23, secured the first rank in the Delhi Judicial Service Exam, and was appointed as a Civil Judge/Metropolitan Magistrate where he served in various judgeship assignments in the 4 years that he spent at the Bench.
About the Job
The Chambers of Bharat Chugh has two openings for the position of : ‘Legal Researcher”.
Eligibility
- Experience : 1 to 3 years.
- Proficiency in Legal research (case law, statute, regulations, foreign law, juristic/expert opinions, legal history, etc.)
Legal writing skills/publications. - Solid basis in foundational legal first-principles.
- Most importantly : A skill and love for reading law, case law, discerning ratio, distinguishing judgments, interpreting statutes…..
