About the Opportunity
MetaLaw Offices is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Legal Researcher to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-impact legal research, strategy support, and cross-domain work within a dynamic corporate law environment.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong research skills may also be considered)
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and drafting abilities
- Proficiency in legal databases and AI research tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research across corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters
- Assist in preparing briefs, notes, opinions, and internal documents
- Support the Founder’s Office on legal strategy and knowledge work
- Track legal developments, policy changes, and industry updates
- Use AI-powered research tools and databases efficiently
- Assist with documentation, analysis, and coordination as required
