About the Opportunity

MetaLaw Offices is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Legal Researcher to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-impact legal research, strategy support, and cross-domain work within a dynamic corporate law environment.

Eligibility

  • LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates with strong research skills may also be considered)
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and drafting abilities
  • Proficiency in legal databases and AI research tools
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth legal research across corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters
  • Assist in preparing briefs, notes, opinions, and internal documents
  • Support the Founder’s Office on legal strategy and knowledge work
  • Track legal developments, policy changes, and industry updates
  • Use AI-powered research tools and databases efficiently
  • Assist with documentation, analysis, and coordination as required
