About the Job
Resolute Corporate Advisory LLP is looking to onboard dedicated legal professionals for the following positions:
- Junior Legal Associate
- Senior Legal Associate
Eligibility
- Junior Legal Associate: 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Senior Legal Associate: 4–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in IBC, 2016 and Companies Act, 2013.
Work Profile
Selected candidates will lead the in-house legal functions of the firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Liquidation proceedings from a legal standpoint.
- Drafting petitions, interlocutory applications (IAs), and progress reports for the Adjudicating Authority.
- Assisting Insolvency Professionals (IPs) in ensuring regulatory compliance under the IBBI framework.
- Representing the firm and coordinating with Counsel for hearings before the NCLT and NCLAT.
Duration
Full-time, permanent position.
Date of Joining
On an immediate basis.

Offline only (Office-based role).
Salary
Commensurate with work experience and aligned with industry standards for boutique insolvency firms.
