Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Drafting replies, applications, evidence, affidavits, and writ petitions
• Handling matters relating to:
  • Consumer disputes
  • Civil litigation
  • Commercial litigation
  • Arbitration
  • Criminal litigation
  • Other specialised litigation matters
• Managing and tracking litigations across courts and tribunals
• Advising and representing the company before courts, tribunals, commissions, and government authorities
• Coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders
• Providing litigation-related legal advisory to business teams
• Conducting legal research and updating stakeholders on legal developments and judgments
