The role involves providing legal support throughout the lifecycle of film projects, handling contract drafting and negotiations, advising on commercial legal matters, and ensuring compliance across various legal processes.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of post-graduation experience.
• Strong foundation in contract drafting and commercial legal matters.
• Interest in the Media & Entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support across the lifecycle of film projects, from development to release.
• Draft, review, and negotiate production, talent, licensing, and commercial agreements.
• Support legal matters relating to branding, product placements, endorsements, and marketing collaborations.
• Coordinate with production teams, talent representatives, external counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain contract repositories, legal trackers, and project documentation.
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely execution and compliance of legal deliverables.
