About the Job

Nilaya Legal is hiring an Associate (1–3 years PQE) for its Corporate & Commercial and Venture Capital practice in Mumbai.

This role is suited for lawyers who enjoy working with fast-moving startups and ambitious founders and want to contribute beyond routine transactional work by understanding business strategy and enabling growth.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience)
• Experience in VC investments, M&A, or joint venture transactions
• Good understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy
• Exposure to startups or venture-backed companies preferred
