About the Job
F5 is seeking a data-driven and highly motivated Legal Operations Analyst to support contract lifecycle management (CLM) and provide technical and functional legal operations support to its attorney group.
The role involves supporting the optimisation and scaling of CLM processes, advancing automation, technology, and AI initiatives, and collaborating with Legal, IT, and business teams. The selected candidate will also contribute to data analytics, reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, integrations, and AI-enabled process improvement.
Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract operations, business operations, systems support, data analytics, or a related operational role.
- Experience in a global technology company or corporate legal department, which is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience gathering data analytics, creating reports, and developing dashboards to track KPIs.
- A Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, accounting, finance, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Supporting the administration and day-to-day operations of CLM tools and processes.
- Managing areas such as contract intake, workflow routing, templates, clause libraries, user access, reporting, and contract data quality.
- Monitoring contract milestones and supporting timely assignments, approvals, and signatures.
- Building dashboards and reports on legal metrics, KPIs, and technology adoption metrics.
- Supporting AI and automation initiatives to streamline legal workflows and improve productivity.
- Evaluating new technologies, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting technology adoption.
- Working with Digital and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technical requirements.
- Supporting system configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, permissions, and workflow dependencies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve legal and contract operations workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Documenting current-state and future-state processes and supporting the implementation of scalable practices.
- Supporting legal operations projects, implementations, integrations, enhancements, and change management activities.
- Coordinating with Legal, Digital/IT, Finance, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Supporting core legal operations areas, including Financial Management, Vendor and Outside Counsel Management, Innovation, Technology and Tool Management, Knowledge Management, Communications, and Practice Operations.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Candidates should possess:
- Working knowledge of CLM, workflow, and automation systems such as Icertis, Ironclad, IVO, DocuSign, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Understanding of system configuration, role-based access controls, workflow logic, data mapping, integrations, APIs, testing/UAT, reporting, dashboard design, issue triage, and troubleshooting.
- Experience using data analytics to develop dashboards and reports for performance measurement, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or data-driven transformation initiatives within a legal department.
- Familiarity with data integration, automation, or workflow tools such as Workato, Boomi, Power Automate, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Comfort working with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, CLM platforms, e-signature tools, and reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and data visualisation tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential legal and business information.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
The role is performed in a normal office environment and requires occasional travel of less than 10%, including international travel. Candidates should be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and any necessary visas.
