About the Job

The Legal Operations Analyst will be part of the Legal Operations team and support global Legal function processes, application administration, data management, installation support, user support, end-user training, technology assistance, programme coordination, and incident resolution.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in System or Application Administration or equivalent.
• Strong experience working with legal applications such as matter management, e-billing and/or document management.
• Strong knowledge and 2–3 years of experience working in Legal Operations is an advantage.
• Prior experience supporting and/or administering applications, with legal applications being an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of application and workflow logic.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Ability to learn quickly and take leadership of project tasks.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering for application enhancements.
• Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple concurrent priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage system administration for all Legal applications, including installation, access and training.
• Manage and track system integrations.
• Handle application reporting, including user metrics.
• Manage application upgrades, data loads, maintenance and testing.
• Run scripts, schedule tasks and monitor application jobs.
• Update workflows across various legal applications.
• Update clause and template libraries for contract management applications.
• Update privacy system templates.
• Conduct application data audits to ensure data integrity.
• Resolve issues, identify patterns and recommend enhancements.
• Escalate issues to other members of the Legal Operations team or IT when required.
